| Why did I not receive a confirmation email? |

When you complete a reservation, a booking confirmation is presented on your screen instantly. Your booking is at this point confirmed. The same booking confirmation presented to you on screen, is also emailed to you. If you do receive this confirmation email, most likely you entered your email incorrectly. Fee free to contact us if you need us to resend you the booking confirmation.
| Can I cancel my booking? Am I charged if I cancel? |

Once you make a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Alone with this email, you will receive the contact details for your booked hotel establishment and further information on how to cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, you will need to contact the hotel establishment as soon as possible. Please note that the reservation deposit is always non-refundable and will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Failure to appear at the hotel with out giving previous notice will result in a fee charged on your credit card. This fee will vary depending on the hotel policy, but in most cases will be the cost of one night. For further details on the no-show policy please check your confirmation email. You are always informed of the cancellation and no-show policy at the booking page before you proceed with the reservation. Please note that the reservation deposit is always non-refundable and will not be refundable in the event of a no-show.

If you need to extend your stay (the number of nights or rooms) you can do so by making a new online booking. For all other queries, please refer directly to the hotel establishment. Remember that the hotel's telephone number and email address are provided to you on the booking email.
| How can I make a complaint about the hotel I stayed at? |

Complaints regarding the hotel should be directed to the hotel in the first instance. However, we are always pleased to hear your views of the hotel you stayed at. After your stay, we may send you an email requesting you to submit your comments, views and feedback so that other customers benefit from your experience.

| Do babies stay for free? |

Babies under 2 years old (and usually those sleeping on a baby cot) do stay for free.
| How do I request a baby cot? |
