| Booking procedure |

To proceed with a booking, you must complete the on-line booking form including the credit card details of a credit card validly and legally held by you. The person completing the booking form (hereinafter called "the reservation holder") must be over 18 years old. The reservation holder shall be responsible for ensuring full payment with the chosen accommodation (hereinafter called "the accommodation provider").

The booking is confirmed when an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation is sent to the reservation holder. Is it advisable to print out the on-screen confirmation at the time of booking and retain it for future reference.
Upon completing the booking process, SpainInfoSite, S.L. undertakes to, as soon as possible, forward your reservation to the accommodation provider.

In the unlikely event that the accommodation provider fails, refuses or neglects the booking, no liability shall attach to SpainInfoSite, S.L. By completing the booking process, the customer agrees to waive any claim against SpainInfoSite, S.L. for any losses or damages arising from the failure of the accommodation provider to provide you with any reserved accommodation, or in the event that the accommodation provided is inadequate, or in the event that the accommodation provided has been mis-described, or for any losses or damages (to include costs) incurred during your stay.

The reservation deposit charged on your given credit card will be the amount refered on the booking form as "amount to be paid now". This amount will be debited from your credit card at booking time and it is non-refundable.
SpainInfoSite, S.L. reserves the right to refuse a booking in the event that the credit card details entered by the reservation holder are invalid or in the event that the credit card charge is not accepted by the reservations holder bank or the credit card processing company. SpainInfoSite, S.L. reserves the right to refuse a booking in the event that credit card used by the reservation holder has passed its expiry date.
| Accommodation cost to be paid at the establishment |

The reservation holder is responsible to discharge the payment of the remaining accommodation cost (amount refered on the booking form as "amount to be paid at the establishment") to the accommodation provider as specified, upon arrival at the establishment and for any additional or extra expenses incurred by the client during his stay.

It is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder to inform the accommodation provider of any changes on the booking, including arrival time or cancellations. Please note that a cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card in the event of a cancellation. For further details on the cancellation policy please refer to the on-screen booking confirmation and to the email sent to you.
By completing the booking process, the reservation holder authorises the accommodation provider to debit your credit card for the sum of any cancellation costs owed, as set out above.

The validity, interpretation and performance of this term & conditions agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Madrid, Spain.
