A 125-apartment building decorated functionally and situated in the heart of Salamanca neighborhood. All the apartments have a bedroom, living-dining room, american kitchen and bathroom. They are carefully decorated and come with all the amenities to ensure that your stay, whether for tourism or for business, is extremely comfortable: air-conditioning, central heating, phone, satellite and multi-lingual television, daily change of bedding and towels… The reception is open 24 hours a day and the building has 6 elevators, a laundromat, garage and fax & internet services.

The apartments are located on Calle General Pardiñas 13, right in the center of the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood. This is an unbeatable location in one of the best shopping districts and most accessible areas of Madrid. Next to the Goya Corte Inglés and Alcalá street, it is a quiet area at night but one that sees much daily activity due to the numerous businesses, restaurants, cafés and offices nearby. From here one can reach Retiro Park, the Castellana, Gran Vía or Puerta del Sol on foot. It is even more centrally located when one considers its proximity to the metro (metro Goya), public bus or taxi from the building door.

The reservation deposit (15% of the total accommodation cost) is non-refundable and it is required to complete the booking. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival. The establishment accepts credit cards.
Cancellations should be requested at least 72 hours before your arrival. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.
