All rooms have lots of natural light. The apartment has one very quiet bedroom with a 150cm double bed. The bathroom is large and bright and has a bathtub and shower.
This property is located on Calle Agastia 135, in the Arturo Soria area. This is a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood with lots modern buildings and tree-lined streets. There is a traditional market around the corner and the metro stop (Avenida de la Paz) is a 5-minute walk. There are shopping centers within walking distance and it is very close to the Berbanéu stadium. This location is ideal if you are driving. The apartment is well-communicated on public transportation and next to the M30 ring road.

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete the booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due in cash upon your arrival. The establishment will also ask for a 200 EURO security deposit which will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
