The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming historic building (without elevator). It sleeps 4 people in two double rooms (each with a double bed). It has a large living room, an annexed dining room (with two balconies facing the street), a completely equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.

This apartment is located on Calle Santa Polonia 8. This is a quiet street in the Huertas neighborhood (Antón Martín metro). This is a neighborhood noted for its gastronomy, its charming narrow streets, its numerous historical sites and proximity to some of Madrid’s must-sees (such as Plaza de Santa Ana, la Plaza Mayor, la Puerta del Sol or the museum area).

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
