Large (120 m2) 4 bedroom apartment that sleeps 8. The apartment is newly renovated and comes with quality furnishings and beautiful detailing. It is exterior and very bright. The apartment has four bedrooms, two of which have double beds; the other two have have two twin beds. The bathroom is very spacious and is accessible from the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances. The living room has a terrace with a table and chairs and a dining area with a circular table that fits up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or large groups.
The apartment also has a parking garage (10 EUROS/day). If you need the parking space please indicate so in the comments section of the reservation page.

This apartment is located in the Las Ventas neighborhood (Calle Alcalá 270), a residential area in the city center that is very well connected to the historic area (Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor...). From here you can get to any location in the city by public transport (metro El Carmen is only a few meters away) or enjoy the flavor and charm of a typical Madrid neighborhood with all the amenities: supermarkets, shops, restaurants... The apartment is also near the Las Ventas Bull Ring.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
