The Antón Martín-Lavapiés apartment is a large 70m2 property with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 adults (in one double bed and three single beds). It is located in Lavapiés, in the very heart of the historic city center. The property is very bright and sunny and it is on the first floor of a non elevator building. The apartment layout consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a large balcony and a third bedroom with one single bed. It has a full size kitchen and a large bathroom with built-in shower. The living room has a dining table, a TV area and a balcony.

This apartment is located on Calle Ave María 17, right between the Antón Martín and Lavapiés subway stations. This is a quiet street in the heart of Lavapiés, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid's historical city center. Here, you will be able to enjoy Spanish traditional gastronomy in the most authentic Madrid restaurants and "tapa" bars. At the same time, you will get a good taste of its many international restaurants. This is a multicultural neighborhood populated with a variety of small stores and one that is not very frequented by tourist. You can, however, easily get to the more touristy areas (such as the Reina Sofía Museum, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, or the rastro flea market) in just 5 minutes walking. This is overall an excellent base from which to explore Madrid by foot.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
