This is a 70 square meters sunny and quiet apartment with capacity for 5 adults. The master bedroom has one double bed, a single bed and a comfortable sofa upon which you can sit to enjoy its 19th century chimney. The lounge-dining room has 2 sofas (one of them is a double sofa bed), a coffee table, TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a dining table, washing machine, fridge, electric stove top, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. The property is serviced with free broadband internet, heating and A/C.
The apartment overlooks two interior patios and it is particularly quiet and sunny, as it is on the top floor of the building (4th floor). Guests should, however, note that this building has no elevator access.

This property is located in the stylish Chamberí district (Glorieta de Bilbao 4). A residential, exclusive and unique location in downtown Madrid city center. Just 10 minutes walking to Gran Vía, Paseo Castellana, Plaza de Colón and Chueca. Only 20 minutes from the apartment are some of the main tourist sights, such as the Royal Palace, Opera, Puerta del Sol and the museum area.
Metro Bilbao is right by the building door and Quevedo, Tribunal, San Bernardo and Alonso Martinez are within 5 minutes walking.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. You can pay with credit card, but in this case, there will be a 4% additional commission. On your check in, the property management will ask you for expressed authorization to use your credit card as a security deposit. This may be used to charge on it the corresponding costs for any possible damages caused to the apartment during your stay.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
