This apartment is situated on a quiet street (Divino Pastor 27) close to the historic Dos de Mayo plaza in the heart of Malasaña, also called the “neighborhood of wonders”. This area is known for its innumerable bars, sidewalk cafes, and trendy restaurants. The street is tranquil and the apartment is particularly quiet. Also, it is only a 2 minute walk from the shopping area surrounding Fuencarral and Hortaleza streets. It is a 5 minute walk from Gran Vía and a 15 minute walk from Paseo de la Castellana and the main tourist sights of Madrid. This spot is also very close to Chueca, the modernist and culturally-rich neighborhood for entertainment in Madrid. This central location is especially recommended for those who are looking to experience Madrid’s nightlife and see tourist sights by foot from the heart of Madrid.
Tribunal metro station is 50 meters from the apartment, while Bilbao and San Bernardo metros are 100 meters away.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. You can pay with credit card, but in this case, there will be a 4% additional commission. On your check in, the property management will ask you for expressed authorization to use your credit card as a security deposit. This may be used to charge on it the corresponding costs for any possible damages caused to the apartment during your stay.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
