This apartment is located in the Arturo Soria area (on Calle Rafael Bergamín 12). This is an upscale and quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Madrid that is easily accessible from the city’s historic area by metro (the closest stations are Alfonso XIII and Avenida de la Paz), by car or by bus (bus lines 9 and 53, which end in Puerta del Sol, pass just below the apartment). This is an ideal location for tourists who want to enjoy staying in an area perfect for relaxing that is easily accessible from the city center, or for those who are looking for proximity to the airport or the IFEMA fairground.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment does not accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
