This is a four-bedroom, two-bath apartment with capacity to lodge up to 8 adults comfortable (in 8 single beds). Each one of the four bedrooms has two single beds. The master bedroom comes with a twin bed. Two other bedrooms have two trundle beds and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. Every bedroom has a large wardrobe and a desk. Both of the bathrooms are accessible from the main corridor. The living and dining room has two floor-to-ceiling balconies (with double isolation screens), two sofas, a 37" TV set and a large extending dining table.
This apartment is the perfect choice for those big families or groups looking for an affordable alternative for accommodation in the very center of downtown Madrid. This convenient location (Santa María de la Cabeza 16) right next to Atocha train and subway station, allows for extremely fast access to and from anywhere in Madrid or Spain. It is strategically situated to facilitate your visiting tour around town: one block away (the building right behind) is the Reina Sofía Museum; five minutes away are the Prado and Thyssen museums. From hear you can also easily walk to the Botanic Garden, Retiro Park (east) or the Puerta del Sol area (west). The neighborhood is basically a residential area with all kind of shops, restaurants and services.

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
