An apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. The property has capacity to lodge up to five adults in two double beds and a single sofa bed. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building next to the Reina Sofia Museum, in Madrid’s city center. The building has elevator and a doorman.
This property is sunny, very quiet and decorated in a modern and functional style that easily adapts to the needs of both business and vacation stays.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a sofa that becomes an auxiliary single bed easily. Alongside there is a second bedroom with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms have ample closets. The two bathrooms, carefully decorated, are located at the entrance of the rooms. The living room has a TV area with two sofas, a music player and a large terrace with table, chairs and incredible views of the city. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen that has a dining table.

This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Madrid (Calle Valencia 23). The Reina Sofia Museum, which is five minutes away from the Prado and Thyssen museums, can be seen from the door of the apartment. Also within close reach are some of the most famous Madrid tourist sights: Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Puerta del Sol, the Rastro flea market... The numerous shops, "tapa" bars and restaurants of this area are mainly oriented to locals, but you can get to more tourist oriented places in just a short walk.
The Embajadores metro and Atocha metro and railway station guarantee easy access to and from the airport.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash.
The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
