A large 90 square meter loft apartment capable of lodging up to five people comfortably. Located in the cultural heart of Madrid, this fully renovated apartment will captivate the visitor with its good taste, amplitude and the feeling that every detail has been carefully chosen.
The apartment will catch your attention once you step in. A huge door gives way to the loft directly from the main entrance of the building. The hall is an enormous space perfect for relaxing, and it also converts into a sleeping area for two people (double sofa bed). Around the hall, the spaces are separated harmoniously by curtains to create different atmospheres. In case a big space is needed, the curtains can be opened, and everything becomes a huge hall with high ceilings.
The sleeping area consists of a double bed with great dressing area and wardrobe. Next to it, a different space creates a second sleeping room with a single bed. The dining area is placed in between the fully equipped kitchen and the living area. Next to the kitchen there is a nicely designed and complete bathroom with a shower. Light enters the apartment through a small terrace to which you have direct access.

The street where the loft is located (Calle San Ildefonso 12) is a quiet haven in the busy centre of Madrid. Traditional taverns and small restaurants typify this neighborhood. Located in the cultural axis of Madrid, this property is only a short walk away from the Prado, Thyssen or Reina Sofia Museums. This safe location will let you enjoy Madrid and access its main tourist sights by foot.
This area is easily accessible. It is close to several city buses and next to Anton Martín and Atocha Metro and Railway Station.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
