General information

This is a beautifully decorated apartment that has both classic furniture and modern appliances. It is cozy, comfortable and extremely bright thanks to large windows and white tones on the walls, ceilings, floors and furniture. The lay-out consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It can sleep 5 people, as there is a double bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Location

This apartment is located on a quiet, narrow, cobble-stoned street (Calle Almadén 15) in the charming Huertas neighborhood. It is less than a five minute walk from Atocha train and metro station. This is a central, safe, and quiet neighborhood surrounded by many must-see places. This area is excellent for cultural activity, as it is just behind Caixa Forum and a few meters from the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía. It is an ideal location and a perfect starting point for walking around Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Puerta de Alcalá. This wide range of cultural and leisure activities is complimented by the culinary variety of the neighborhood, which is known for having the most authentic tapas bars in Madrid.

20% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card upon reservation for the reservation deposit. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission charge). There will also be asked for a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
