This is a charming, one-bedroom apartment with a private, exterior terrace that fits four adults. It is located in a historic, but renovated, elevator building, whose modern décor is harmonious with the building’s old features (exposed beams, wooden stairs, angled ceilings…).
The main bedroom has a double bed and a spacious built-in closet. The living room has a double sofa bed and enjoys fantastic views of Madrid from its private exterior terrace. Both the bathroom and the kitchen, which are accessed through the living room, are completely equipped.

This apartment is located on Calle Barcelona 7, a small pedestrian street only a few meters from the famous Puerta del Sol, Madrid’s main tourist reference point and a must-see during your stay in Madrid. In fact, this is the ideal departure point for any walk around the city, visit to monuments and museums, or shopping in Madrid’s commercial district any day of the year.
The apartment is located in an extremely central area that is easily accessible and has a wide variety of commercial and cultural activity in its immediate vicinity. The neighborhood is one of Madrileños’ favorites for "tapas" and is famous for its bars and restaurants, and night life, all of which you will find only steps away. The closest metro station is Sol, which is a stone’s throw from the apartment. You will also find two nearby public parking garages: Jacinto Benavente y Santa Ana.

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
