This is a luxury one bedroom apartment with capacity to comfortably lodge up to 4 guests. The apartment is located on the second floor of a newly constructed building (with elevator) equipped with the highest standard of security, quality and comfort. The apartment has a convenient layout consisting of a master bedroom (with a king size bed), a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, a bathroom (with a jacuzzi bathtub) and a full size kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room through a large window-bar. The whole property is bathed with plenty of natural light that enters through two small balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

This stylish apartment is located in a new building on Calle Hortaleza 84, one of the most important streets in the trendy Chueca district. This is a very lively street, with numerous innovative restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and around-the-clock activity. The area is very central, just to the north of Madrid’s downtown and historic district. It is also only a few steps away from Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol or Colon's tourist information office. Two nearby subway stations (Chueca and Alonso Martínez) guaranty easy access to and from the airport.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
