This fashionable one bedroom apartment is located in the Chueca neighborhood, one of the trendiest locations of Madrid's historic district. This is a modern and spacious apartment. The entrance is attached to a fully fitted independent kitchen containing a fridge, microwave, glass stove top and all cooking necessities. From there, a long corridor with two huge windows gives access to a large living room area (with a flat screen TV). The double bedroom is located at the end of the living room. The full modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC is also located at the end of the living room, next to the master bedroom.
This comfortable apartment will make you feel at home, but, at the same time, you will feel privileged being part of one of the most stylish areas of Madrid.

This apartment is situated in Calle Hernán Cortés 14, in the very heart of Chueca. Just a few meters from famous Plaza de Chueca (Chueca Metro Station) and the best Madrid bars, clubs and shops. This is the most cosmopolitan and chic neighborhood in Madrid. Here you will enjoy a mix of new trends and the tradition of older times. Historic buildings and narrow streets coincide with fashionable bars and restaurants.
This central location will allow you to visit the city by foot. Gran Vía, Alcalá, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are just a 10-minute walk away. Heading in the opposite direction (north) you can make it to Paseo de la Castellana and the museum area in roughly 10 minutes.

A 15% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The outstanding balance is due on arrival by cash. The establishment will require a 150 EURO security deposit by paypal. This amount will be given back to you at your departure, after an assessment of the apartment.
