One of them has two single beds while the other has one single bed. The bathroom comes with a water-jet shower. The living room has a dining area with a table for 5, a TV set and a double sofa bed. Location

This apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a non elevator building in the Chueca district (Calle Pelayo 76). This neighborhood has become a reference of design and vanguard in the centre of Madrid. It enjoys a variety of new tendency shops, decoration, restaurants and entertainment which have turned this area into a place you can´t miss. It is a few minutes from Plaza Mayor (through Gran Vía) and the shopping area of Fuencarral street. It is also next to the Paseo del Prado, where the three main museums of Madrid are located: Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen Bornemisza. Two nearby subway stations (Chueca and Alonso Martínez) assure good access to the rest of the city.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
