The Conde Aranda apartments are a group of luxury apartments located in a rehabilitated historical building in the Salamanca district, in Madrid. Each one of the apartments has a unique decoration. All of the apartments are recently remodeled and they all do share the same comfort level and high quality standards. All of the apartments are quiet and they all have air conditioning, internet access and all the necessary goods to guarantee a pleasant stay during your visit to Madrid. These charmingly refurnished Madrid apartments are a world away from a cramped hotel room.

The Conde Aranda apartments are located in Calle Conde Aranda 3, in the Salamanca district. The Salamanca district is without any doubt, the most luxurious and exclusive neighbourhood in Madrid. This area is surrounded by some of Madrid's most famous restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries and multinational banks and corporations. At walking distance from these apartments, you can access various tourist sites such as the Retiro Park, Puerta de Alcalá, the main Madrid museums (Prado Museum, Thyssen and Reina Sofía) or Puerta del Sol. The closest subway station is Metro Retiro, just across the street from the apartments.
The Salamanca district is possibly the safest area in Madrid and noise will not be an issue here.

The day of your check in, once you get to Madrid airport, you are required to call to the number that will be given to you upon booking, to confirm your check in time and to let us know that you are on your way to the apartment.
On your check in, the property management will ask you for expressed authorization to use your credit card as a security deposit. This may be used to charge on it the corresponding costs for any possible damages caused to the apartment during your stay.
