General information

This is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment measuring 115 sq m that can comfortable sleep up to 8 people (there are 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds). Both of the bedrooms have a double bed. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other bathroom has a shower. The living room has two double glazed exterior balconies, two double sofa beds, extendable dining table and a second smaller table. The kitchen is fully equipped and has another large table for lunch or breakfast.

Location

This apartment is ideal for families or groups looking for an affordable accommodation option in the very heart of Madrid. Its excellent location (Paseo Santa María de la Cabeza 2), next to the Atocha metro and railway station, will provide excellent access to anywhere in Madrid or Spain. Its proximity to the main museums (the Reina Sofía Museum is just behind the apartment and the Prado and the Caixa Forum museums are less than 5 minutes away), Retiro Park and the historic area allows you the luxury of seeing and enjoying the entire city center by foot. The neighborhood is very residential, safe, and has supermarkets, traditional markets, restaurants, pharmacies and all kinds of shops and services.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
