This is a small studio apartment that sleeps 3 people (there is a double sofa bed and a twin sofa bed). This studio has a main room used as living room during the day which serves as a bedroom at night. Therefore, please take note that this studio does not have a separate bedroom but rather two sofa beds in the lounge. There is also a small separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

This studio is located in an emblematic building at Calle Pelayo 9, in the Chueca neighborhood (metro Chueca). This is conveniently located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in central Madrid. Chueca is known for its diversity, its clothing and accessory shops, varied cuisine (with some of the trendiest restaurants in Madrid) and its nightlife. This is an ideal place from which to learn about and enjoy Madrid by foot.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
