A comfortable two bedroom apartment able to fit up to 8 people (in two double beds, a double pull-out sofa, a twin pull-out sofa and a twin bed). The apartment is completely renovated and decorated with top quality furnishings.
This apartment is divided into two levels. On the main level are the living room (with the double and twin pull-out sofas), the kitchen (separated by a breakfast bar), the main bathroom (with hydro massage shower) and a cozy spa with a jacuzzi tub. The two bedrooms are located on the upper level and are accessible from the lounge. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed.

This apartment is located right in Madrid’s historic center on Calle Don Felipe 10 (in the Malasaña neighborhood). This is a young neighborhood that is full of life, fashion and all kinds of entertainment, bars, outdoor cafes and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of Madrid’s historic area, this neighborhood remains outside the typical tours of Madrid. Malasaña is a neighborhood where artists express the latest trends and culture.
This neighborhood is centrally located halfway between the more touristy Madrid (Gran Vía) and more modern areas (Chamberí). From here, you will be able to stroll around the center by foot or get around comfortably by subway (Tribunal).

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
