This is a lovely and sunny three bedroom apartment for 6 people. Accommodations include: a master bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe; two bedrooms with a single bed and a closet each; a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area; a bathroom with bathtub; and a full-sized kitchen. The apartment is quiet and bathed with plenty of light that enters through its private courtyard.

Location

This three bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the center of Madrid on Calle Dos Hermanas 9. From here, you can stroll down to the city’s main sights: Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, la Latina, Huertas... This is a lively neighborhood all week long and it is especially active on Sundays due to its proximity to the Rastro flea market. You are also a short stroll from all of Madrid's favorites, such as the Royal Palace, the Reina Sofía or the Thyssen museums. With two handy subway stations close by (la Latina and Tirso de Molina), getting around Madrid has never been easier. Your stay in this apartment ensures optimum convenience.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 50 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
