General information

This is a group of two 1-bedroom, street-facing apartments that sleep 4 people each. Each one is about 40 m² and has a living room, a bedroom, an open kitchen attached to the living room and a bathroom off of the hallway. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is an easy-to-open double sofa bed. These new apartments are furnished in a modern and functional style and have everything you need to feel at home: air conditioning, plasma TV, internet... In short, these are two very nice apartments where you can relax and have an unforgettable experience in Madrid without feeling like a tourist.

Location

These apartments are located in an elevator building with concierge and are only a few steps away from Gran Vía (Plaza Mostenses 9) and very close to the Plaza de España metro station. This area is full of cinemas, theaters and shows. In fact, Madrid’s main theaters are on this stretch of Gran Vía and are right around the corner from the apartments. The area has many restaurants, and right in Plaza Mostenses you will also find a traditional market with all kinds of products. Some of the most famous spots in this area are the Plaza de Callao, the Plaza de España, the Debod's Temple and the Royal Palace.

An initial 30% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment does not accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
