This is a two-bedroom apartment located in a beautiful historic building next to Puerta del Sol, Madrid's epicenter for tourism. The building is renovated and has doorman and elevator. The apartment is 90 sq m and sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a trundle bed consisting of two twin sized beds (one slides under the other). There is a spacious kitchen and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is very bright, has three balconies overlooking Calle Mayor and has everything you need to feel right at home.

This apartment is located on Calle Esparteros 10 (Sol metro stop), right beside Calle Mayor and the famous Puerta del Sol. This is undoubtedly the most attractive sight-seeingt area in Madrid. From here, everything that you want to see and visit is within reach by foot: museums, historic buildings, theaters, shops... All this plus a wide range of restaurants, tapas bars and traditional taverns. It is a very safe area, and despite being very busy, the apartment is completely quiet.
The Sol metro, the most central subway and train station, is just around the corner, ensuring a comfortable connection to the airport or any other part of the capital. And if you are travelling by car, the Plaza Mayor parking garage is only a two minute walk away.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
