The FlatPerWeek apartments is a group of four comfortable apartments with a contemporary design and an unbeatable location right next to the famous Gran Vía. They have been tastefully decorated using great attention to detail and with first class furniture. They all come fully equipped with all you will need for a pleasant stay: WiFi, air conditioning, cable TV... All of the apartments have fully equipped kitchens (with large a fridge, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, smooth-top stove...) and a hydro massage shower in the bathroom.
One bedroom apartment for four:
A one bedroom apartment that fits up to four adults (with one double bed in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room).
Studio apartment for three:
An open layout studio apartment that fits up to three adults (with two single beds and a sofa bed).
Studio apartment for two:
An open layout studio apartment that fits up to two adults (with a double bed).

These modern designed apartments are located in a traditional historical building that has been recently restored. The building is located on Calle Isabel Católica 19, right on the corner of the famous Gran Vía. This is one of the most emblematic locations of downtown Madrid and a must-see area for all visitor. Most tourist sites (such us Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor) are just a stroll away from here. And if you need to rely on public transport, the Plaza de España and Santo Domingo subway stations are equally distant at less than a five-minute walk.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due in cash on arrival.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
