The apartment has: a bright, spacious living room with two exterior balconies and two double soda beds; a dining room with a table for six; a bedroom with large closets, a balcony and a double bed; a bathroom with a bathtub that is accessed through the hallway; and a completely equipped kitchen. The apartment is exterior and very bright. It is 80m2 and is located on the 3rd floor of a recently renovated historic building (with elevator).

This apartment is located on Calle Fuencarral 100, one of the most commercial streets in historic Madrid. It is one of the most preferable locations for tourists since it is strategically located between popular neighborhoods, Chueca and Malasaña, and only a short walk from Gran Vía and the entire center of Madrid. This neighborhood is full of tapas bars, restaurants, designer clothing stores and many other businesses. The closest metro station is Bilbao.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
