The living room has 2 balconies, a TV area with 2 sofas (one of them is a sofa bed) and a dining area with a table for 6. Both the bathrooms and the kitchen are fully equipped. Two balconies and eight big windows facing a quiet private patio allow plenty of light to enter this apartment.
This property is located in a 19th century building that exemplifies typical characteristics of historical Madrid. It has wooden floors throughout the apartment, as well as stunning original features such as antique staircases and a unique brick facade.

This apartment is ideally located in a beautiful narrow street (Calle del Gobernador 11) in the hearth of Madrid's historic district. A 5-minute walk to the Prado and Reina Sofía museums and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. This is a trendy neighborhood with picturesque streets paved with stones, restored buildings, artisan cafe shops, small local stores and street markets. The famous Tirso de Molina flowers market is only 5 minutes away and so are lots of great bars and restaurants in this animated neighborhood. The area is well served by public transport; the Antón Martín metro is just a 2-minute walk away, and in 15 minutes you can arrive at Atocha Train Station by foot.

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete the booking. The outstanding balance is due in cash upon your arrival. The establishment will also ask for a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit which will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
After arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
