General information

This is a fabulous 3-bedroom, 2-bath 140 sq m luxury apartment with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. From the entrance, a small hallway leads to a beautiful living room furnished with a three seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, an LCD TV and a side table with two chairs. The living room also has a comfortable terrace with a table and chairs. Across from the living room is the first bedroom with two twin sized beds, a nightstand, a dresser, a side table and wall-to-wall built-in closets. The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, nightstands, a dresser and an armchair. The third bedroom, which can also be used as an office, has a sofa bed with two twin-sized beds, a desk and large windows that open up to the living room (which can be closed for privacy). The dining room has a square table for 6 people. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen are fully equipped.

Location

This fabulous 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Salamanca neighborhood (Calle Goya 99), one of the most upscale areas of Madrid. It is easily accessible by public transport with many bus stops and the Goya metro station very close by. Right in front of the apartment is a famous shopping center, many boutiques and all types of shops. This location allows you to enjoy strolling through one of the busiest and most upscale areas of Madrid.

The Sol metro, the most central subway and train station, is just around the corner, ensuring a comfortable connection to the airport or any other part of the capital. And if you are travelling by car, the Plaza Mayor parking garage is only a two minute walk away.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 10 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival (cash only). The establishment does not accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
