General information

These two one and two-bedroom apartments are the ideal lodging choice when looking for a vacation rental in the most central location in Madrid, between Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. They have been renovated respecting the original materials and maintaining exposed wooden beams. Both apartments are on the sixth floor of an elevator building, can sleep 4 and 6 people and are fully equipped.

1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment:
The bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, a wardrobe and a window from which you can see the rooftops of Madrid's oldest buildings. The bathroom, with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, is off of the bedroom. The living-dining room has a double sofa bed and, like the rest of the apartment, is very bright. The kitchen is integrated with the living room.

2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment:
Bright apartment for 6 people with a double bedroom and a full bathroom, a twin bedroom and en suite bathroom, living room with 2 sofas (1 of them is a double sofa bed) and kitchen with table and chairs for 6.

Location

The apartments are located on the sixth floor of an elevator building located at Calle Montera 42, between Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. This is, from a tourism perspective, the "ground zero" of Madrid. A perfect location for walking, getting to know and experience the most authentic Madrid. The Gran Vía metro station (located just outside the door) ensures easy access to Madrid Barajas Airport.

20% of the total cost of stay, the reservation deposit, will be charged to your card upon completion of the booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% fee). There will also be a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
