This is a one bedroom apartment with an exceptional location that is ready to house up to 4 adults. The flat layout consists of a hall, an ample bedroom (with double bed), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a dining area, two sofas (one of them opens into a double sofa bed) and two large balconies. The kitchen, integrated in the living room, is equipped with fridge, freezer, glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The bathroom comes with a built-in shower.

This comfortable, one bedroom apartment is located in the very center of Madrid´s historical district (Calle Ballesta 1). It is next to the main old city boulevard (Gran Vía) and very close to the most visited attractions, theaters, cinemas, clubs and shops. It is one step away from Puerta del Sol and from there, day and night life will be up to your choice: from busy Huertas district, to alternative Lavapies quarter, trendy La Latina streets or gay Chueca neighborhood. This location also places you minutes away from the main cultural activity in Madrid: Royal Palace, Prado and Thyssen museums, Royal Theatre... Gran Vía and Callao subway stations provide good public transport and easy access to the rest of Madrid.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
