General information

This is a beautiful top-floor apartment with a terrace and stunning views of the historic center of Madrid. This comfortable apartment has a living room (with a double sofa bed and a twin sofa bed), an open kitchen off of the living room, a terrace (with a lounge area and a dining area), a bedroom for two (with a double bed), a single bedroom (with a twin bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has all street-facing windows, is very bright and has all amenities (including air conditioning).

Location

This apartment is located on Calle Jesús del Valle 6. This is a quiet street in the Malasaña neighborhood, a popular area full of young people in the historical heart of Madrid. In this area the traditions of old Madrid live in harmony with a youthful spirit that manifests itself in the latest trends in shops, art galleries, bars and entertainment venues. Here it is common to find the boldest of Madrid hairdressers, vintage shops and the best nightlife in Madrid. And all this is only a few meters walk from the main tourist attractions (such as the museums or Gran Vía) and is very close to the Noviciado metro stop.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 50 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
