This is a small open-layout studio apartment able to fit up to 4 adults (there is one double bed and one double sofa bed). The property is arranged into a TV area (in front of the sofa bed), a small kitchenette (with a dining table next to it), and the sleeping area (with the king size bed) which is separated by a piece of furniture. The apartment is located in a restored historic building (with elevator), and has been totally revamped in 2008. It has wooden floors, A/C, telephone, WiFi... This studio is extremely quiet even though it is located in a lively neighborhood.

This studio is located on the most significant street of the las Letras district: Calle Huertas 50. This charming pedestrian street connects two of Madrid’s main tourist sites: Santa Ana Square and Paseo del Prado (where the Prado Museum is located). This is, therefore, a highly desirable location for any tourist. In addition, on this street you will find innumerable coffee shops, bars and international restaurants.
This neighborhood also benefits from a remarkable amount of cultural richness. As a matter of fact, some of Spain main writers (like Cervantes, Quevedo, or Lope de Vega) used to live here. Today, its pedestrian streets are decorated with some of their quotes.
This is also a unique location due to its proximity to Madrid’s three big museums (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía Museum) which are within a stone’s throw. A few steps further, the Atocha Train Station guarantees easy access to the airport and the rest of Spain.

The day of your check in, upon your arrival to Madrid airport, you are required to call us to confirm your check in time and to let us know that you are on your way to the apartment.
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
