Situated right in the heart of the la Latina district, this nice one-bedroom apartment will make you feel like at home in one of the most popular Madrid neighbourhoods. The apartment, with its distinctive high ceilings, brick walls and wood beams, occupies the fourth floor of a renovated historic building (with elevator). It is located right across the street from the Plaza de Cascorro, the most central landmark of la Latina, which is one of the trendiest and most central quarters in Madrid.
The apartment is quiet, sunny and it is able to lodge up to four people. The main bedroom (on mezzanine) has a double bed and can be accessed from the hall. The living room has a beautiful balcony overlooking the Plaza de Cascorro and two sofas (one of them opens into a double bed). The kitchen has a dining area with a large table for four. The bathroom (with full size shower) is next to it.

The main distinctive characteristic of this apartment is its unique location in the la Latina district (Calle Embajadores 4), at just a short distance from some of the trendiest restaurants and tapas bars in Madrid. The aperitif time (noon to four, or later) during weekends and the Sunday's Rastro flea market are also an authentic experience. A few minutes away is the Royal Palace, the most outstanding monumental area in Madrid (Senate, Oriente Square, Sabatini Gardens, Almudena Cathedral…). It is also a few blocks away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor (north) or Puerta de Toledo (south). A public heated swimming pool, just a few steps away, or the traditional Cebada food market, are some of the other amenities that the neighborhood offers to the visitor. It is very close to the la Latina subway station.

A 15% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 4% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 300 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
