General information

This is a set of two apartments (a studio for 3 and a one-bedroom apartment for 4) with a functional design, large spaces and a private terrace.

Studio apartment:
This studio has a living-dining room with a table for four, a connected kitchen, a private terrace accessible from the living room and a separate bathroom with a hydromassage-sauna shower. It can sleep 3 people: there is a double sofa bed and an extra roll-away bed.

1-bedroom apartment:
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with double sofa bed and a dining area with a table for 4, a terrace with a table for 4, a kitchen and a bathroom with a hydromassage-sauna shower.

Location

These apartments are located on Calle Carlos Arniches 27, near the Puerta de Toledo metro. This is the most traditional part of La Latina, Madrid’s old medieval neighborhood. This area is characterized by its small narrow streets, many of them hilly, and its large number of monuments and historic buildings. In recent years this area has become a young, busy neighborhood thanks to its famous tapas bars, restaurants and outdoor cafes. This area is very busy on Sundays, due to its proximity to the Rastro market.

20% of the total cost of stay, the reservation deposit, will be charged to your card upon completion of the booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% fee). There will also be a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
