Sunny and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment that sleeps 8. The apartment’s layout consists of a spacious living/dining room complete with a double pull-out couch, one master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bedrooms, a fully equipped and with all appliances kitchen and two full size bathrooms.

Location

This property is located on Calle López de Hoyos 108. This area has a very multicultural flavor with many small independent shops and a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. Furthermore, it is easily accessible from the historic city centre, Madrid Barajas Airport and Avenida de América (one of Madrid’s main communication hubs). These destinations are all within easy reach thanks to the nearby Prosperidad metro station.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
