2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment ideal for 6 people, with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a dining area with a table for six and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Location

This apartment is located on Calle López de Hoyos 108, in the Prosperidad neighborhood. This typical Madrid neighborhood is residential, quiet and has is a wide range of shops, restaurants and all types of amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies…). This area is easily accessible from the historic center. The Prosperidad metro station is actually right by the door of the apartment. The northern district (where Barajas Airport and the IFEMA fairgrounds are) is also easily accessible from here. This location will allow you to enjoy the charm and tranquility of a typical district of Madrid while arriving to the historic center with ease.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
