This is a comfortable one bedroom attic apartment with two private terraces overlooking old Madrid. It is located in a fully restored building (with elevator access) in the very heart of Madrid's historic district (in the fashionable la Latina district). There are two single beds and a double sofa bed in the master bedroom, as well as a single sofa bed in the living room. Five people can sleep comfortably here. The apartment counts with WiFi internet access and air conditioning. It is furnished and decorated in a modern and stylish fashion.

The most distinguishing characteristic of this apartment is its unique location in the la Latina district (Calle Cava Baja 1). From here, you are at a short distance from some of the trendiest restaurants and tapas bars in Madrid. For a truly authentic experience, enjoy the aperitif time in la Latina on the weekends (noon to four, or later) and the Rastro flea market on Sundays. A few minutes away are the Royal Palace (the most outstanding monumental area in Madrid), San Francisco Church and the Cebada Square. It is also a few blocks away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor (north), Puerta de Toledo (south) and the la Latina subway station.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
