This bright and large two-bedroom apartment is located by the Royal Theater on the Opera Square. This property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a second one with a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two more adults. This apartment, therefore, has capacity to lodge up to five adults. The living room has a large balcony and a dining area. The apartment comes with a full sized kitchen and bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. It is located on a fifth floor and is accessible by elevator.

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is located on Calle Escalinata 3, right between Madrid’ two major attractions: Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. This is the perfect home base and an ideal spot for exploring the excitement of this city. Here, you can live out the full experience of this cultural hub: you will find yourself at walking distance to the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen museums, and very close to the theatre district and the Opera house. You are also close the most active shopping streets (like Arenal or Gran Vía) and the Sunday's rastro flea market. A large variety of restaurants and traditional "tapa" bars can also be found in this district. The Ópera subway station is located just meters away from the apartment.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash.
The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
