This spacious 90m2 2-bedroom apartment can comfortably fit a family or up to 6 people. Its layout consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining area. The living room has a double sofa bed, is large and very bright (thanks to a large window). Both bathrooms have showers and one of them has a hydro massage setting. Finally, there is a separate kitchen complete with everything you will need during your stay. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, which can be accessed by elevator.

This spacious apartment is located on Calle Ferrer del Río 3, in the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood. This is one of the safest and most upscale neighborhoods in the center of Madrid. Its vibrant commercial activity is evident in part by the presence of almost all the biggest international firms and many of the most luxurious stores in Madrid. It is a residential neighborhood with no nighttime noise that offers a little bit of everything: monuments, history, a wide variety of restaurants, and of course the latest in fashion. The Diego de León metro stop, less than 2 minutes from the apartment by foot, makes for easy access to the rest of the city.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 50 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash.
The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
