This is a beautiful, 80 sq m apartment that is totally renovated. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living-dining room. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a pull-out couch. The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

Location

This apartment is located on Calle de Tortosa 6, opposite Atocha Train Station and metro stop and the Reina Sofía Museum. From here you will be able to walk to the historic center (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor...), stroll to Retiro Park or visit the cultural triangle of Madrid formed by the three major museums: Reina Sofía, Prado and Thyssen. If you plan to make day trips to Toledo, Segovia or any other part of Spain, remember that the apartment is just in front of Atocha Station, making your trips quick and easy.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
