A charming, recently renovated 52 m2 studio apartment. Ideal for one person or a couple, although it has enough room to comfortably lodge up to four adults. The apartment comes with functional and modern furniture. It comes with all you need to guarantee a pleasant stay: individual heating, WiFi internet, washer-dryer, dishwasher... All of it in a trendy location in Madrid's historic district.
The bedroom area has a double bed and it is separated from the living room by a screen formed by a large book self. The living room has a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a TV area. Both the kitchen and the bathroom (with a bathtub) can be accessed from the living room. The kitchen comes with all electro domestic goods, is large and has a dining table.

A very well accessible apartment located in a trendy Madrid location (Plaza Tirso de Molina 10). Just meters away from the Tirso de Molina subway station. This square is known by its constant activity, its famous terraces and the popular Flower's Market. It is a historically rich neighborhood in one of the oldest Madrid vicinities. It is popular among tourists and is populated by a multiracial community that adds value to its cultural appeal. Here, a large number of traditional taverns and "tapa" bars blend in with a wide selection of international cuisine.
This neighborhood is located right in the middle of four of the most significant Madrid tourist sites: Plaza Mayor to the east, Puerta del Sol to the north, the Reina Sofía Museum to the west and the Sunday rastro flea market to the south. All of it within walking distance.

A 15% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 4% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 300 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
