General information

A group of two beautiful apartments (a studio for 4 and a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment for 8), each with an exquisite and highly detailed design. The apartments are located on the same floor of a renovated historic elevator building located on a charming pedestrian street that connects Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Both apartments are street-facing, bright and have balconies from which you can enjoy spectacular views of Madrid’s oldest streets.

Studio apartment:
This studio apartment has one main room that serves as a bedroom (with a double bed), and a living room (with a double sofa bed), with a kitchen. The bathroom is the only separate room and has a sauna-shower.

2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment:
A spacious apartment for up to 8 people with a double bed and two twin trundle beds in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Location

These apartments benefit from a spectacular location on Calle Postas 8. This is a beautiful pedestrian street connecting two of the main attractions in Madrid: Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. It is a must for street strolling and enjoying ice cream shops, chocolate shops, outdoor cafés, gift shops and a myriad of stores. This is obviously an unbeatable location from a tourist’s point of view. It is the perfect place from which to enjoy everything that Madrid has to offer and with the advantage of doing it all from quiet apartments that allow you to escape from the street noise at any time of day. The Sol metro station (Madrid’s most central) is less than 200 meters away.

20% of the total cost of stay, the reservation deposit, will be charged to your card upon completion of the booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% fee). There will also be a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
