This is a comfortable one bedroom apartment with capacity to accommodate a maximum of four adults. The apartment layout consists of a master bedroom (with a double bed), a bathroom (accessible through the master bedroom), a large living and dining room with a table for four, a kitchen and a second bathroom. The living room has an easy-to-open double sofa bed. All of the apartment windows overlook a large inside patio that assures plenty of light and quiet.

This one bedroom apartment is located on Calle San Pedro 5, right behind the famous Paseo del Prado and the Prado Museum. The street where the apartment is located is narrow and charming and has very little traffic. Although it is located right next to the big museums (Prado, Thyssen, Caixa Forum and Reina Sofía) and just a few steps from popular streets such us Calle Atocha o Huertas, this street is very quiet and safe.
This apartment is located in the Huertas district. This is in the most part a pedestrian area with very limited car access. It is the perfect neighborhood to be enjoyed walking while discovering its large offer of restaurants, local "tapa" bars and coffee shops. Its narrow cobblestone pedestrian streets will captivate you as you surround yourself by centuries of history. This neighborhood is also located right between two of Madrid’s most touristy areas: The Austrias area (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía...) and the museums area.
This very central location will let you enjoy Madrid on foot from its very center, but if you are planning on doing day trips outside Madrid, the Atocha Train Station is less than 10 minutes away by foot. Even closer is the subway at Antón Martín, which allows you easy access with the rest of Madrid.

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
