This is a sophisticated, well-designed and spacious top-floor apartment that has a large 20 sq m terrace with spectacular views of Madrid. This beautiful apartment is 60 sq m, sleeps 4 people and is divided into a bedroom with double bed, a living/dining room (with a double sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom. It is decorated with high quality furniture and has impeccable details: natural cherry flooring, aluminum skirting, central heating, air conditioning, double glazing in all rooms, sliding glass doors to access the terrace… The living room is the main room of the house and is flooded with light thanks to two large windows that lead to the terrace. The rest of the apartment is accessible from the living room: the terrace, the dining room (with a table for 6), the kitchen and the bathroom.

Location

This apartment is on the last floor of a centrally located building on Calle Juan Álvarez Mendizábal 31. This is a quiet street just off Calle Princesa and Plaza de España and is only a five-minute walk from the Ventura Rodríguez metro stop. Some of the attractions of this area are the Debod Temple, Gran Vía and the Royal Palace.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
