One bedroom, 50 square meter apartment with room for four people. The apartment has a double bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, which can become two twin beds. The bathroom and the kitchen are completely equipped. The apartment i son the 2nd floor of a beautiful residential building (with elevator), strategically located in the heart of Madrid.

This apartment enjoys an unbeatable location on Calle Príncipe 9, just a few meters from the famous Puerta del Sol. The location could not be better if your visit to Madrid is touristic, for this is the most vibrant and visited area of all of Madrid. From here you can walk throughout the entire city center and visit the main tourist sites in the capital. The area is full of restaurants, tapas bars and an unbeatable gastronomic selection, highlighted by the outdoor cafes in Plaza de Santa Ana. The closest metro station is Sol, which is a five minute walk from the apartment.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
