This studio apartment is located in an old historical refurbished building (with elevator access) in the heart of Madrid. Location

This small studio apartment is located in a charming historic building (with elevator access) on Calle Aduana 5, right between Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. This is without a doubt one of the most centric locations in Madrid, allowing you to walk into the heart of the old city, do sightseeing in the same neighborhood, shop in the nearby commercial areas (Preciados, Fuencarral, Arenal...) or eat out in any of the countless restaurants and tapas bars in the area. The Sol and Gran Vía subway stations are right by the building entrance.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
