Upon arrival to Madrid on the day of your check-in, you will be required to call the property manager to re-confirm your check-in time before heading to the apartment. The check-in cell phone number will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
The outstanding accommodation balance plus a 200 EURO security deposit are due upon arrival and shall be paid in cash. The security deposit will be refunded at your check out after supervising the apartment.
This is a non-smoking property.
There is an additional supplement of 30 EUROS for late check-ins (22:00 to 7:00 hours).
