The third bedroom has a fifth single bed. The living-dining room has two double sofa beds. The entire apartment is exterior, luminous and has two balconies.
The apartment has bedding and towels, a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen, air-conditioning, WIFI and parking in the building (15€/day).

This apartment is situated in the Rastro area (Calle Carnero 5), right in the historic center of Madrid. It is in this area that the famous Madrid market the Rastro runs every Sunday. The area is calm and quiet during the week and particularly lively on Sundays. Just a few steps from the main touristic sights of Madrid: the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, the Opera Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Gran Via... This area is filled with tapas bars, traditional restaurants and sidewalk terraces. It is extremely well communicated with the rest of the city with two metro stations located within a 5 minute walk: La Latina and Puerta de Toledo.

15% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card when the reservation is made. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be paid in cash upon arrival to the apartment. A 100 EURO security deposit will also be required upon arrival and will be refunded at your check-out after review of the apartment.
Upon arrival to Madrid, you will be required to call the property manager to reconfirm your check-in time before heading to the apartment. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
