This is a group of 3 quiet duplex apartments housed in an old, charming fully refurbished 17th century building. Centrally located right next to the Reina Sofía Museum, in one of the most picturesque areas of Madrid's city center. All of the apartments have capacity for 4 adults (1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed) and they have all been furnished and decorated using the most attention to detail.
These apartments are on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. The building, while maintaining a traditional façade, has been completely renovated to the highest standard. The apartments have also been refurbished and combine both tradition and modernity. The old, high ceilings allow a duplex layering in all of the apartments: on the first floor there is a living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The master bedroom (with double size bed) is located on the second floor.

This is an excellent location (Calle Santa Isabel 38) in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid's historical city center. Just a few steps away from Reina Sofía Museum and next to Prado Museum and Atocha Train Station. This is an excellent base from which to explore Madrid by foot or using public transport (Metro Antón Martín).
This area is one of the most full-of-local-color places of Madrid because of its extremely mixed-range of music, art and theater that typify the area. Some of the neighborhood highlights are its numerous squares and traditional markets, including the "Mercado de las Flores" (Flower Market) in Tirso de Molina and the famous rastro flea market. You will also enjoy a variety of traditional taverns and restaurants.

The 15% reservation deposit (nonrefundable) will be charged to your credit card when you make the booking. The remaining accommodation balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 4% commission). The establishment will also ask for a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 300 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Please note that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
